How do I schedule a Dental appointment?

For your convenience, we offer the following methods to schedule your dental appointments:

• Call or text our office at 817-242-5564.
• Email us with your preferred date or day of the week and time range, and our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.

How often should I schedule regular Dental checkups?

The American Dental Association recommends twice-yearly dental exams and teeth cleanings. Some people may need more frequent checkups based on their dental needs. After your first exam, we’ll be able to determine the best frequency for your dental health.

What do I need to bring to my first Dental appointment?

• Completed new patient forms
• Insurance card/information
• List of current medications and medical conditions
• X-rays taken in the last 6 months (if available)

What if I need to reschedule My Dental Appointment?

Please call our dental office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. We’ll work with you to help you find another date that fits your schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment is very important to us and the appointments we book are reserved specifically for you.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life can be a little unpredictable. Therefore, we respectfully request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Because of this, patients on our waiting list may miss a chance to receive the treatment they have been waiting to schedule.

Any appointments cancelled more than once will be charged an $80 cancellation fee.

Cancelled Specialty Appointments will be charged a $125 cancellation fee. Some appointments may require a deposit.

What if I need emergency dental care?

If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you within 24 hours.
